We work hard to make sure our patients have the latest in treatment options. Our commitment is to provide the highest quality of comprehensive eye care! We are currently seeking a Medical Receptionist to join our team. Worried you don’t have any experience? No problem, our rockstar front desk team is willing to train the right candidate.
You'll be a great fit if you find joy in:
- Answering phone calls from patients, referring doctors and vendors
- Having face to face interactions with patients to verify demographic and health insurance information
- Updating data in an Electronic Health Record
- Collecting payments of all types including cash, checks, and credit cards
- Prepping paperwork, mailings, and clerical duties
- Scheduling appointments and managing the office schedule
