The Courier is responsible for transporting packages, documents, and goods safely and efficiently from one location to another. Couriers ensure timely deliveries, maintain accurate records, and provide excellent customer service while following all traffic laws and company procedures.

Responsibilities

What You Will Do:

• Picks up and makes all bank deposits and log receipts
• Picks up interoffice mail
• Couriers medical supplies
• Couriers medical drugs and drops
• Couriers medical charts
• Pulls charts for medical records
• Couriers Surgery charts for multiple locations
• Moves medical equipment location to location SLT for MDs, Hydro facial for revive
• Picks up any supplies needed for events, autoclaves (distilled water)
• Picks up Dry Ice (research)
• Picks up shredding
• Picks up any charts (boxes) when transferring files
• Monthly Fire Extinguisher Inspections
• Provide change for all outlets
• Pull invoices or research records from warehouse
• All preventive maintenance on van. Oil change, tire rotations. Inspections, repairs
• Transfer glasses, contacts from all facilities in route to lab or contact lens
• Any other tasks or projects as requested
  
  

Qualifications

What You Will Bring:

• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift and carry packages (weight varies by employer).
• Strong time-management and organizational skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Familiarity with GPS devices, maps, or routing software.
• Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
• Minimum 2 years of courier experience (CDL preferred)
• High school diploma or GED (preferred but not always required).
• May involve driving long distances, walking, or lifting packages.
• Indoor and outdoor conditions; weather exposure varies by region
