Vision in Motion Therapy Services, LLCMobile Outpatient Therapy

Join Our Team!

Vision in Motion Therapy Services is looking for a fun, uplifting, compassionate, and motivated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our growing mobile outpatient therapy team!

We believe therapy should be meaningful, individualized, and enjoyable. Our therapists have the opportunity to work one-on-one with patients in their homes, assisted living facilities (ALFs), and community settings, helping them improve their independence and get back to doing the things they love.

NEW GRADS ARE ENCOURAGED TO APPLY!

You do not need to walk into this position knowing everything. We want you to feel confident, supported, and prepared to provide excellent care. You will receive one-on-one training with the owner as well as training alongside our other clinicians to ensure you are comfortable with our treatment approach, documentation, patient population, and mobile outpatient model before working independently.

What You’ll Do

As an Occupational Therapist with Vision in Motion Therapy Services, you will:

  • Perform comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations and reassessments to identify patients’ functional abilities, limitations, needs, and goals.
  • Develop individualized plans of care based on evaluation findings, patient priorities, functional needs, and physician/provider orders when applicable.
  • Provide skilled occupational therapy services one-on-one in patients’ homes, assisted living facilities, and other appropriate community-based settings.
  • Develop and implement individualized interventions to improve patients’ independence, safety, strength, mobility, balance, coordination, functional cognition, and ability to participate in meaningful daily activities.
  • Establish measurable, functional goals that are meaningful to each patient and support improved independence and quality of life.
  • Modify treatment plans and goals based on patient progress, changes in functional status, and clinical needs.
  • Provide engaging and creative treatment sessions—we believe therapy doesn’t have to be boring; it can be FUN!
  • Provide education and training to patients, families, caregivers, and facility staff when appropriate.
  • Collaborate with other clinicians and healthcare professionals to promote continuity of care and the best possible outcomes for our patients.
  • Provide appropriate supervision and direction to Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs), when applicable, in accordance with state regulations, payer requirements, and company policies.
  • Review patient progress and collaborate with COTAs regarding treatment plans, goals, changes in functional status, and clinical concerns.
  • Complete accurate and timely evaluations, progress notes, reassessments, daily documentation, discharge summaries, and other required clinical documentation according to company and payer requirements.
  • Build positive, professional relationships with patients, families, assisted living staff, referral sources, and community partners.
  • Help create a supportive environment where patients feel encouraged, respected, and motivated to reach their goals.

Who We’re Looking For

Our ideal Occupational Therapist is someone who:

  • Is a graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program or is a new graduate working toward meeting applicable licensure requirements.
  • Holds or is eligible for appropriate Wyoming Occupational Therapist licensure.
  • Is positive, dependable, compassionate, and professional.
  • Has a fun and uplifting personality and genuinely enjoys building relationships with patients.
  • Is comfortable working independently while also being part of a supportive therapy team.
  • Demonstrates strong clinical reasoning and is comfortable developing individualized plans of care based on each patient’s needs.
  • Enjoys thinking outside the box and making therapy meaningful to each individual patient.
  • Is willing to work in a variety of environments, including patient homes, assisted living communities, and community-based settings.
  • Has reliable transportation and is comfortable traveling between patient locations.
  • Has strong communication, organization, documentation, and time-management skills.
  • Is comfortable collaborating with and supervising COTAs when applicable.
  • Is eager to learn, grow, and contribute to the continued development of our practice.

New Graduates Welcome!

We are accepting and encouraging new graduates to apply.

Starting your career can feel overwhelming, and we don’t expect a new clinician to know everything on day one. At Vision in Motion Therapy Services, you will have the opportunity to receive individualized, hands-on training directly with the owner and our other clinicians.

We understand that transitioning from school into independent practice involves much more than simply knowing how to provide treatment. We want to help you become comfortable with evaluations, developing plans of care, documentation, clinical decision-making, patient management, and the unique aspects of providing mobile outpatient therapy.

Our goal is to make sure you feel comfortable, confident, supported, and ready before transitioning into a more independent caseload.

We want you to ask questions, learn, grow, develop your clinical skills, and become the best therapist you can be.

Why Vision in Motion?

Vision in Motion Therapy Services is not your traditional clinic setting.

Our mobile outpatient model allows us to meet patients where they are and work on skills that directly impact their everyday lives.

Whether we’re evaluating someone in their own apartment, helping them safely navigate their assisted living community, practicing meaningful daily activities in their natural environment, working toward greater independence, or getting into the pool for aquatic therapy, our goal is to make rehabilitation functional, personal, and enjoyable.

We’re looking for someone who wants to grow with our team and who shares our belief that great therapy is about more than completing exercises—it’s about building relationships, improving independence, and helping people get back to doing what they love.

Aquatic Therapy Opportunities

Vision in Motion also offers aquatic therapy services, and we are excited to continue growing this area of our practice.

Providing aquatic therapy is NOT a requirement for this position.

However, we would love to find clinicians who are open-minded, willing to try new things, and interested in learning about different approaches to occupational therapy.

If getting in the water and learning how aquatic therapy can be incorporated into occupational therapy sounds like something you might enjoy, we would be happy to provide training and help you become comfortable with it.

No previous aquatic therapy experience is required.

We’re looking for clinicians who are willing to learn, try new things, and grow with us!

Compensation & Benefits

At Vision in Motion Therapy Services, we value our clinicians and want our team members to feel supported and appreciated. We are proud to offer a competitive compensation and benefits package designed to support both your professional and personal well-being.

Benefits include:

  • Competitive compensation
  • Monthly Health benefit bonus showing proof of coverage
  • Paid time off
  • Sick time
  • Paid parental leave
  • Referral bonus opportunities
  • Full Mileage reimbursement
  • Casper-based caseload — no major out-of-town traveling
  • Continuing education opportunities/credits
  • Opportunities for professional growth and advancement
  • Flexible scheduling
  • One-on-one training and mentorship
  • Supportive and collaborative work environment

Come Grow With Us!

If you’re an Occupational Therapist looking for a supportive, flexible, and rewarding environment—or a new graduate looking for a place where you’ll receive hands-on mentorship, training, and the opportunity to grow your clinical skills—we’d love to hear from you!

Come be part of a growing practice where you have the opportunity to make therapy meaningful, build lasting relationships with your patients, and help people regain independence while doing the things that matter most to them.
