Responsibilities
- Navigate and coordinate all related phases of remodeling projects. This includes demolition, rough-in, and finished carpentry
- Read and interpret kitchen/bath floor plans and drawings to ensure accurate execution of project plans.
- Manage construction site activities by utilizing hand tools, power tools, and ensuring proper use of safety protocols.
- Coordinate with the project manager to schedule deliveries of materials such as cabinets, tile, and paint supplies.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations while maintaining a clean and organized work site.
- Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and team members to facilitate smooth project progression.
Requirements
- Proven experience in residential remodeling.
- Demonstrated ability to read floor plans accurately.
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and safety procedures on construction sites.
- Skilled in carpentry disciplines including framing carpentry and trim carpentry.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely for extended periods while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and exceptional craftsmanship!
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
