About the Role
We are hiring caring, dependable Home Health Aides to support clients in the Lancaster, Ohio area. Experience is preferred, but NOT required — paid training is provided.
What You’ll Do
- Assist clients with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, eating)
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Prepare simple meals
- Perform light housekeeping (laundry, dishes, tidying)
- Follow care plans and instructions from our care team
- Observe and report changes in a client’s condition
What We’re Looking For
- Must be 18 years or older
- 6 months of personal care experience preferred (paid training provided)
- Able to pass a background check
- Reliable, compassionate, and professional
- Reliable transportation required
