We are seeking an energetic and motivated Sales Representative / Account Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will drive business growth by developing new client relationships and nurturing existing accounts. Responsibilities
- Actively pursue new business opportunities through warm calling, networking, and outreach efforts to prospective clients.
- Manage and grow existing client accounts by understanding their needs and providing tailored visual communication solutions.
- Conduct engaging sales presentations that highlight our product offerings, including banners, vehicle wraps, signage, and printing services.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing to secure profitable deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies that increase brand awareness and generate leads.
- Utilize CRM tools such as Zoho to track sales activities, follow-ups, and pipeline progress.
- Provide ongoing account management support to ensure client retention and foster long-term partnerships.
Requirements
- Experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management within a related industry such as marketing or technology sales.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate technical solutions clearly and persuasively.
- Ability to speak English clearly (multi-lingual is a bonus)
- Current and valid drivers license
- Demonstrated ability in sales analysis and strategic planning to meet targets.
- Familiarity with Zoho or similar CRM platforms for managing customer relationships.
- Experience in technical sales involving visual communications or printing equipment is a plus.
- Ability to conduct warm calling campaigns confidently and professionally.
