Job Title: Customer Care Representative

Compensation: $18.00-20.00 per hour

Location: Indianapolis, IN (Hybrid) ? 95% remote with occasional travel to the Indianapolis office for collaboration and/or on-site training (approximately six ? eight days per year). Indiana residents only.

Classification: Full-time (40 hours/week), Non-Exempt

Shifts: Flexible eight-hour shifts, within 8:00am-8:00pm EST, with some weekend shifts available and occasional overtime, as needed

We're on the lookout for dedicated, full-time professionals to join our dynamic team and provide member support for our client, a Fortune 10 healthcare company, starting October 2023. Our Advocate4me Customer Care Representatives start at $18-$20 hourly, with increased pay rates to those who also speak Spanish and/or Burmese. While on our team, you'll become the go-to expert for our client?s members, delivering top-tier service within a cutting-edge systems model. Your mission? To tackle complex member needs, offer invaluable care recommendations, and ensure better health outcomes.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with members through inbound calls, guiding them through issues and finding solutions
  • Provide white-glove service, resolving concerns and closing gaps in care
  • Collaborate with caregivers and members to understand their needs and offer valuable recommendations.
  • Research and anticipate healthcare needs, ensuring comprehensive issue-resolution
  • Champion member satisfaction by managing urgent issues and offering tailored solutions
  • Drive process improvement by identifying gaps and collaborating with various departments
  • Utilize your exceptional communication skills to navigate complex scenarios and deliver excellent service
