The Position:
The ideal candidate will cultivate relationships with prospective clients in order to catalyze business development success. This individual will schedule meetings with prospective clients to better understand their needs while helping guide them through the sales process from initial connection to long-term relationship management.
This role is ideal for someone who is entrepreneurial, emotionally intelligent, highly organized, and excited about helping scale a growing startup with meaningful impact.
This is a part-time, commission-based opportunity with the potential to transition into a full-time leadership role with additional commission opportunities based on team performance as you grow and lead your own sales team.
Responsibilities:
- Generate appointments through proactive outbound prospecting
- Build and nurture relationships with affiliate coaches and trainers
- Work directly with sales and marketing teams to uncover new opportunities
- Manage lead communication and follow-up throughout the sales process
- Track and organize leads using CRM systems
- Convert leads into long-term clients through relationship-based sales
- Maintain client relationships to support long-term retention
- Demonstrate and teach strong selling, communication, and influencing skills
- Help expand partnerships and national business opportunities
- Assist in building and mentoring a future sales team as Vision Expansio grows
Qualifications:
- 7 years of experience in business development and sales
- 2 years of experience in a leadership role
- Strong communication, organization, relationship-building, and time management skills
- Emotionally intelligent, highly self-aware, and people-oriented
- Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Comfortable working in a startup environment
- Passion for leadership development, emotional intelligence, personal growth, and human potential
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a growing team
- Experience with CRM systems like GoHigh Level and lead management preferred
Compensation & Growth Opportunity:
