Specializing in homes throughout the Greenwood Village and Cherry Hills Village neighborhoods, we bring deep local knowledge and thoughtful design to every build. From concept to completion, we’re dedicated to delivering beautiful, lasting homes that reflect each client’s unique lifestyle. As our studio continues to grow, we are seeking a Procurement Coordinator to become an integral part of our team. We are looking for someone who brings both precision and care to the behind-the-scenes work that allows our projects to come to life effortlessly. This role is for someone who finds satisfaction in organization, takes pride in follow-through, and understands that exceptional design is as much about execution as it is about vision.
The Role
You will serve as the connective thread between design, procurement, and installation by ensuring that every detail is thoughtfully tracked, communicated, and delivered with intention.
Project Management
- Guide projects from design development through final installation with a steady, detail-oriented approach
- Coordinate closely with designers, contractors, artisans, and clients in conjunction with the construction schedule
- Anticipate challenges and proactively create solutions to keep projects moving seamlessly
Purchasing & Procurement
- Oversee all purchasing of furnishings, materials, and custom pieces
- Prepare and manage purchase orders and invoicing via Studio Designer and Xero
- Coordinate with vendors on procurement ordering and timelines
- Order tracking
- Manage freight coordination, receiving, and installation logistics
- Resolve any damages or discrepancies with professionalism and efficiency
Who You Are
- 1-3 years of experience in procurement
- Highly organized, with a natural attention to detail and follow-through
- Calm under pressure and comfortable managing multiple moving pieces
- A clear, thoughtful communicator who represents the studio with professionalism
- Experienced in project management and/or purchasing (interior design, construction, or a related field preferred)
- Proficient in Google Workspace
- Must have experience with Studio Designer
- Someone who values craftsmanship, materials, and the nuance of high-end residential work
