- Support classroom management by maintaining a safe, organized, and inclusive environment for children of different ages, including toddlers and preschoolers.
- Provide individualized attention to students with disabilities or special needs, including those with autism or behavioral challenges, ensuring they receive appropriate support.
- Help facilitate activities that promote childhood development milestones, including social skills, communication skills, and motor skills.
- Engage children in age-appropriate activities that foster curiosity, creativity, and learning through play-based methods like Montessori or preschool techniques.
- Support classroom routines such as snack time, nap time, and transitions while ensuring adherence to health and safety standards.
- Collaborate with teachers on lesson planning and adapt instructional strategies to meet diverse student needs.
- Maintain clear communication with staff and parents regarding student progress and behavioral observations.
- Assist with classroom organization, including preparing materials for lessons and managing educational resources effectively.

Qualifications
- Prior experience working with children in educational or childcare settings such as daycare, preschool, or private schools is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education practices is essential.
- Experience with special education techniques, including working with children with autism or disabilities, is preferred.
- Familiarity with curriculum development for literacy education, math instruction, and preschool activities enhances your effectiveness in this role.
