Community Program Administrator / General Clerk III:
Full-Time | On-Site | Fort Eisenhower, GA

Join a mission-driven team supporting the United States Army. This role is perfect for an administrative professional who is passionate about supporting the wellbeing of Service Members, families, and the broader community. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support to a community-focused program dedicated to preventing child and domestic maltreatment. You'll help ensure the smooth delivery of educational classes, workshop, and prevention initiatives that strengthen families.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provide administrative support to promote child and family wellbeing.
  • Handle front desk intake, answer calls, provide general information, and direct clients to appropriate resources.
  • Maintain organized program records, files and database.
  • Collect, analyze, and report program and staff data, including preparing basic graphics to support findings.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, briefings, classes, and training sessions; prepare agendas and minutes.
  • Assist in preparing briefing materials and coordinating command briefings.
  • Issue training materials and maintain a resource library for clients.
  • Maintain and update directories of program resources and key contacts.
  • Research and prepare purchase requests for training materials and program supplies.
  • Coordinate with marketing to create flyers and promotional materials for events and classes.
  • Provide general clerical support, including typing, filing, data entry, and document perpetration.
  • Support program planning and administration, ensuring compliance with reporting and program guidelines.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
  • Minimum of one year of experience working with a military or civilian social service agency, or experience as a military Family Member.
  • Knowledge of Army Community Service (ACS) programs.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite; Word, Excel, and Powerpoint. Basic computer skills.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Valid unrestricted motor vehicle license.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain an active National Agency Check (NACI) background investigation.
