Qualifications

Comprehensive knowledge of full charge bookkeeping with deep understanding of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
Preparing and analyzing financial data and promptly generating accurate reports
Accurate Sales Tax calculation and timely payment skills
Excellent Communication Skills with Accountant, Officers, Administrative Assistant, and others.
High school diploma or comparable diploma with an AA degree or higher in Accounting or Business preferred

In this role as Administrator for several small businesses, you will handle general accounting and bookkeeping functions including the preparation of financial statements; and establishing and maintaining the accounting principles, practices, procedures, and initiative of the business.
Maintaining knowledge of current federal, state, and local legal requirements, ensuring adherence to them, filing reports, and communicating with management on needed actions
Handling bank and general ledger reconciliations, as well as oversight of payroll processing
Handling processing task for accounts payable and accounts receivable, including collections
Putting together the financial statements, including balance sheet and income statement
Carefully filing documents to preserve the historical records
Overseeing work of administrative assistant
Handling accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close

In this role using Excel and QuickBooks, you will handle all general accounting and bookkeeping functions including the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements; and establishing and maintaining the accounting principles, practices, procedures, and initiatives of the business.
Handling monthly, quarterly and year end close, accurately and on time.
As small businesses, you will also be working in other areas, such as Human Resources
Maintaining knowledge of current federal, state, and local legal requirements, ensuring adherence to them, filing reports, and communicating with the management on needed actions
Handling bank and general ledger reconciliations, as well as payroll processing
