We are seeking a dedicated Guest Service Specialist to join our team and provide exceptional customer service to our patients and guests. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a strong focus on guest satisfaction. Both part-time and full-time positions are available.
Guest Service Specialist Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, patients, and staff with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
- Provide accurate information about Vision Center South’s services, amenities, and procedures, directing individuals to their desired destinations.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby area to uphold our professional image.
- Promptly report any maintenance issues or concerns to management.
- Address visitor or staff inquiries or complaints, escalating to management when necessary.
- Collaborate with management and support staff to address immediate cleaning needs and contribute to the facility’s overall cleanliness and tidiness.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or a hospitality-related role is preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in hospitality or customer service are a plus.
Physical Demands:
- Must be able to stand on your feet for long periods.
