Responsibilities
- Greeting patients
- Answering patient phone calls
Skills & Qualifications
- Assess eyeglass desires and purchasing plans
- Instruct contact lens insertion, removal, care techniques, and replacement schedules
- Patient frame and lens selections
- Ordering frames and lenses from labs
- Frame Inventory
