Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning and detailing of vehicles, both interior and exterior.
- Wash, wax, and buff vehicles to restore shine and protect surfaces.
- Vacuum carpets, seats, and floor mats; clean windows and mirrors for clarity.
- Apply protective coatings as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness in the detailing area and ensure all tools and equipment are organized.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and ensuring satisfaction with services rendered.
- Assist with minor repairs or maintenance tasks as required.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production goals.
Requirements
- Previous experience in automotive detailing or car wash services is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Familiarity with detailing techniques such as buffing, cleaning, and applying protective coatings.
- Experience in janitorial or custodial roles is a plus.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.
