What are the responsibilities and job description for the PT Evening Maintenance position at Vision Bank?
Location: Ada
Basic Functions & Responsibilities:
Under the direct supervision of the Maintenance Department Supervisor the Evening Facility Maintenance Worker is responsible for performing a variety of duties that are essential to the daily operation of the bank facilities. There are four Ada locations that will fall under the responsibility of this position,that will require travel between the different facilities daily.
DUTIES MAY INCLUDE ONE OR MORE OF THE FOLLOWING:
- Pick up trash and litter from the exterior perimeter of the buildings, flowerbeds, parking and lawn areas, daily
- Water flower beds and lawn areas during the growing season daily and/or as needed
- Routinely check outdoor lights and report any inoperative lights to the maintenance department
- Clean ATM and outdoor cash dispensing consoles at drive through location, on a monthly basis
- Check all coffee makers in all areas and verify the are turned off daily
- Complete a security check of all buildings and turn off all non essential lights, daily
- Verify all external doors are properly secured, daily
- Empty shred bins and transport to the Operations Center at least weekly or as needed
- Apply ice melt to specific areas as needed during winter months
- Close drive through gates at the Operations Center, daily
- Check bank vehicles and fill with gas as needed, daily
REQUIREMENTS:
- Be able to work in hot or cold weather environments, inside or outside as needed
- Have good dexterity and be able to reach, stoop, bend, walk or stand for prolonged periods of time and lift objects of at least 50 pounds
- Have a current Oklahoma driver license, a clean driving record and be able to properly and safely operate a motor vehicle
- Have basic computer skills and be able to arm and disarm security alarm systems correctly
EDUCATION DESIRED:
