Compensation & Benefits
Competitive Starting Salary
- Up to $66,000 , commensurate with experience and qualifications
Performance Bonuses
- Up to $7,500 annually
Advanced Degree Incentives
- $4,000 for a related Master's Degree
- $2,000 for Bachelor's Degree 15 Graduate Credits
- $2,000 for Master's Degree 30 Additional Graduate Credits
Longevity Pay
- $1,200 every three years of service

Qualifications
Required
- Pennsylvania certification in Spanish, World Languages, Foreign Language Education, or eligibility for certification
- Strong knowledge of Spanish language instruction and language acquisition strategies
- Ability to teach speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills effectively
Preferred
- Experience teaching middle school students
- Ability to create engaging, student-centered lessons
- Experience incorporating Hispanic cultures, history, and global perspectives into instruction
- Knowledge of data-driven instructional practices
- Strong classroom management and relationship-building skills
- Commitment to educational equity and student achievement
- Ability to collaborate effectively with families, colleagues, and school leaders
