Top Starting Salary:
$66,000 – among the highest for certified teachers in the state (commensurate with prior experience)
Performance Bonuses:
Up to $7,500 annually
Continued Education Incentives

• $4,000 for a Master’s Degree in a related field
• $1,500 for Bachelor’s 15 Graduate Credits
• $2,000 for Master’s 30 Graduate Credits

Longevity Pay:
$1,200 every three years
Tuition Reimbursement Program:
Up to $3,000 per year
Full Family Health Coverage:
100% paid by the school

What We’re Looking For

• Certified or soon-to-be-certified teachers in Elementary Education (K–6 or Middle Grades 4–8 preferred)
• Strong instructional skills in reading comprehension, writing, grammar, vocabulary, and literacy development
• Ability to teach ELA standards, reading analysis, writing instruction, and student discussion skills
• Commitment to developing strong classroom routines and positive learning environments
• Passion for helping students build confidence, curiosity, and a love for reading and writing
• Commitment to equity, excellence, and continuous professional growth
• Strong classroom leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
