Mid-Level Attorney (6-10 years experience)
Responsibilities:
- Handle complex insurance defense matters independently, with guidance from senior attorneys.
- Represent insurance carriers in court proceedings, including trials, hearings, and depositions.
- Draft and negotiate legal contracts and agreements related to insurance defense.
- Supervise junior attorneys and paralegals.
- Provide legal advice and counsel to insurance carriers.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school, ideally from a top regional school like ASU or the University of Arizona.
- 6-10 years of legal experience in insurance defense.
- Proven track record of success in handling complex insurance defense matters.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Deep knowledge of relevant legal areas, such as auto, trucking, premises liability, construction defect, and product liability.
Additional Notes:
