Receptionist – Visible Changes

Location: [Houston, TX] Employment Type: Full-Time – In Person

As the Receptionist at Visible Changes, you'll be the friendly face and first impression of our Corporate Office. You'll ensure our front desk runs smoothly by welcoming guests, managing communications, and supporting day-to-day operations. This role is ideal for someone who loves creating positive experiences, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys keeping things organized. This position is being restructured; therefore, all duties are not currently set.

What You'll Do

• Warmly greet and assist guests upon arrival, ensuring everyone feels valued and cared for.
• Answer, screen, and route phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
• Manage appointment bookings for our Training Center Salon
• Keep the reception area tidy, stocked, and inviting.
• Keep up with the supply closet and restock as needed
• Receive, sort, and distribute mail, deliveries, and internal communications.
• Maintain, sell and track snack station items.
• Provide accurate information to clients via phone, email, and in person.
• Support administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
• Respond to online reviews and keep salons aware of negative reviews
• Assist in any other areas as needed by corporate staff
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Coordinator, or in customer service.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and comfort with client scheduling.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills with great attention to detail.
• A polished, professional demeanor and a warm, welcoming personality.
• Ability to stay calm, organized, and proactive in a busy environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training in office management or hospitality is a plus.
