This role is designed for a strong operational leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and understands how to improve execution, build accountability, strengthen leadership teams, implement systems, and drive measurable operational performance across multiple locations.

  • Help implement and improve operational systems, digital reporting processes, and accountability tools
  • Use spreadsheets, operational dashboards, task management systems, and operational platforms effectively

Inventory & Operational Controls

  • Improve operational visibility surrounding inventory movement, ordering practices, waste reduction, and operational consistency
  • Identify operational inefficiencies and areas requiring improvement
  • Strengthen location-level operational discipline and follow-through

Reporting & Communication

  • Maintain organized operational reporting and follow-up systems
  • Provide leadership with regular updates regarding operational performance, staffing concerns, opportunities, and action plans
  • Use operational data and observations to drive accountability and operational decisions

QualificationsMinimum Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of multi-unit operations management experience
  • Strong background in retail, restaurant, grocery, convenience, or food service operations
  • Experience managing multiple locations and leadership teams
  • Strong understanding of labor management, operational systems, inventory controls, and profitability management
  • Comfortable using technology, operational reporting systems, spreadsheets, and performance-tracking tools
  • Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving ability
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and execution-focused
  • Comfortable with regular travel between locations and flexible operational schedules when needed

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience overseeing both retail and food service operations
  • Experience leading operational improvement initiatives
  • Strong understanding of multi-location operational execution
  • Experience building operational systems and accountability structures
  • Experience using operational technology and reporting platforms to improve business performance

Compensation

  • Base Salary: Up to $80,000
  • Performance-Based Incentive: Up to $20,000 annually
