Executive Operations Coordinator – LATAM
Location: Dothan, Alabama (In-Office)
Schedule: Part-Time | Monday – Thursday | 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM unless needed.
Compensation: Up to $18/HR Based on Experience
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized, bilingual Executive Operations Coordinator to work directly from the CEO's office and support and supervise our Latin America (LATAM) study and work abroad operations.
This position serves as the communication and accountability bridge between the CEO and the LATAM leadership team. The successful candidate will help ensure that company objectives, projects, deadlines, and operational initiatives are effectively communicated, tracked, and executed.
This is not an administrative-only role. The Executive Operations Coordinator will play an active role in monitoring operational performance, following up with leadership teams, coordinating projects, and helping drive organizational accountability.
Key Responsibilities
- Work directly with the CEO on operational and strategic initiatives.
- Communicate CEO directives and company priorities to LATAM leadership teams.
- Conduct follow-up meetings and ensure assigned tasks are completed on time.
- Maintain action-item trackers and accountability reports.
- Coordinate communication between U.S. and LATAM teams.
- Monitor team productivity, project status, and operational performance.
- Review reports, CRM activity, KPIs, and performance metrics.
- Prepare executive summaries and management reports.
- Attend internal meetings and document key decisions and action items.
- Assist with process improvement and operational efficiency projects.
- Support implementation of company systems, policies, and procedures.
- Escalate unresolved issues and operational risks to executive leadership.
- Assist with special projects assigned by the CEO.
QualificationsRequired
- Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent follow-up and communication abilities.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
Preferred
- Experience in operations, project coordination, executive support, or business administration.
- Experience working with international teams.
- Experience using CRM systems, productivity software, and reporting tools.
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
