Vishay Dale Electronics – Columbus, NE is currently seeking applicants for a Senior Cost Analyst. Responsible for support to Dale Resistors and Inductors. This position provides management with data used for Variance Analysis and Financial/Product Line reporting. This includes operational reporting for sales, orders, backlog, direct costs, overhead, and inventories. Position will also be responsible for Software Master Data support for North American projects including MES and SAP.

What You Will Be Doing
- Download, sort and provide global financial and financial support data to be used in variance analysis by North American Divisions.
- Support IT projects with Master Data analysis and formatting, including SAP, MES and other system projects.
- Train controlling personnel on use of new capabilities in Excel, SAP, Business Objectives, etc.
- Standardize and provide data for various reconciliation tools used to complete our Financial Close. Including SAP data, Exchange rate, Efficiency variance, etc.
- Become trained as gatekeeper for SAP allocations.
- Maintain allocations.
- Responsible for a higher level of reporting from Business Objectives sales database.
- Bachelor’s degree in business required, emphasis in Accounting preferred.
- Background in programming language helpful, including MES.
- Must be able to effectively communicate with internal customers.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Access, Outlook, and mainframe systems a plus.
