We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our team as Field Service Engineer.
The role:
As the Field Service Engineer, you will provide excellent face-to-face customer service to our customers whilst promoting our market leading products and services. You will be joining a team that really is essential in maintaining and enhancing both pre- and post-sale customer relationships, being the link between our production facility and our long-standing customers. Our Field Service Team is at the heart of what we do!
Here are some of the responsibilities of the position:
- Work with the Service Engineering department to commission and troubleshoot machine issues.
- Evaluate, troubleshoot and resolve system functions in-house
- Responsible for reading and following electrical schematics
- Finalize system manufacture (configure and calibrate) in-house
- Update documentation
The ideal candidate for this role will have the following:
- B.S. in Electrical Engineering or related field
- 3 or more years hands on experience
- Knowledge of Electrical Schematics, Multimeter, Oscilloscope, MS Suite, Programming is plus
- Great aptitude and attitude
- Works well alone and as part of a great team
Base Salary: $70,000- $80,000 per year depending on experience.
