Do you want to help us build the DNA of tech? Vishay Dale Electronics – Columbus, NE is currently seeking applicants for a Test Lab Production Technician 1st Shift. (Monday – Friday). Overtime is available as needed.
Job Summary:
Under the guidance of the Department Manager and test lab coordinator performs tasks needed to prepare and get parts on test per test plans supplied by engineers submitting test plans to the Engineering Test Lab. This may include mounting, visually inspecting, fixturing, taking electrical readings and finishing of final test reports as needed.

What you will be doing:
- Set up screen printing of solder paste, reflow parts, clean parts, and visually inspect mounted parts per supplied test plans.
- Prepare test cards and materials for test plans.
- Use test equipment to take resistance and other electrical, mechanical, and physical measurements.
- Prepare data for final test reporting.
- Keep equipment clean and in good working order
- Assist other Team members as needed to complete assignments needed to support engineering and customer requests.
What you will bring along:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Practical experience with a two-year technical degree being a plus.
