About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic, results-oriented Full-Cycle Business Development Representative to own the end-to-end sales process for Visera's cutting-edge wellness scanning platform. You'll prospect and engage wellness practitioners, health tech businesses, and enterprise developers; qualify opportunities; deliver compelling demos of our AI-powered biometric tools; negotiate partnerships and subscriptions; and close deals that drive adoption of our scalable, real-time analytics solutions. This is a high-impact "eat what you hunt" role in a rapidly growing wellness tech space, offering uncapped earning potential and a clear path to leadership for top performers passionate about transforming biometric data into measurable health and business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate your own pipeline through targeted outbound efforts (cold calls, personalized emails, social media outreach, and video demos) aimed at wellness practitioners, health clinics, and tech integrators
- Research prospects using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and industry databases to identify needs in real-time health monitoring and biometric integration
- Conduct discovery calls to uncover pain points in wellness data analysis, user experience optimization, and AI-driven health automation
- Lead product demonstrations showcasing Visera's mobile app, TOI scanning technology, and customizable reporting features
- Develop and negotiate proposals for subscription plans, enterprise integrations, and referral partnerships
- Close deals for individual subscriptions, team licenses, and custom enterprise solutions
- Achieve and exceed quarterly quotas for new revenue, customer acquisition, and referral activations
- Maintain accurate CRM records and forecasts in Salesforce while collaborating with product and support teams for seamless handoffs
- Leverage Visera's marketing resources (e.g., training videos, promo materials) to empower partners and drive upsell opportunities
- Attend wellness industry events and webinars to build relationships and represent Visera (travel may be required)
Requirements
- 2–5 years of full-cycle B2B sales experience in SaaS, health tech, wellness, or consumer-facing tech (experience selling to practitioners or in subscription models a plus)
- Track record of consistently hitting or exceeding revenue quotas (top 20% performer in prior roles)
- Proven ability to prospect independently and thrive in high-velocity outbound environments
- Strong discovery, demo, and objection-handling skills tailored to health and tech audiences
- Comfort simplifying complex tech (e.g., AI biometrics, TOI) into clear value propositions that resonate with non-technical buyers
- Proficiency with sales tools: HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Outreach/SalesLoft, Gong, and demo platforms like Loom
- Passion for wellness innovation and curiosity about biometric tech, health data privacy, and digital health trends
- Bachelor's degree preferred
Nice-to-Have
- Background in health/wellness sales, medical device distribution, or fitness tech
- Experience with referral programs or partner ecosystems in consumer health
- Knowledge of HIPAA compliance, AI ethics, or wellness industry regulations
- Familiarity with MEDDPICC or value-based selling methodologies
