Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Butcher at DESI MEAT AND GROCERY, located in Anna, TX. The Butcher will be responsible for preparing and cutting goat meat and poultry. Day-to-day tasks include meat processing, ensuring the quality and sanitation of products, maintaining inventory, and providing excellent customer service. The Butcher will also be responsible for monitoring equipment and ensuring compliance with safety and health regulations.
Qualifications
- Skills in Butchery, Poultry
- Experience in Goat Meat Processing using Meat Bandsaw
- Strong Customer Service skills
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness and organization
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
