Position Overview:
Visconti’s Wenatchee is seeking an energetic, polished, and guest focused server to join our team. As a server, you are at the heart of the dining experience. You will guide guests through our menu, deliver attentive service, and help create memorable evenings built around great food, wine, and hospitality.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and provide knowledgeable menu and wine recommendations
- Take and enter orders accurately and efficiently
- Deliver food and beverages with professionalism and attention to detail
- Anticipate guest needs and ensure satisfaction throughout the meal
- Manage multiple tables while maintaining high service standards
- Process payments and handle cash and card transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean, organized dining room and service stations
- Follow all health and safety regulations
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a server in a full service restaurant preferred
- Professional presentation and positive attitude
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
