What are the responsibilities and job description for the ATL Quality position at Viscofan?
Job Description
- Responsible for product analyses according to Testing Plan (product parameters, machine parameters, water testing, packaging parameters)
- Ensure that all parameters are according to STD / Quality instruction
- Separating bad and good material or finish goods when a problem is found
- Disqualifying all non conforming material, or putting on hold if the product is reworkable or when the amount suppurate defined daily limit
- Analyzing flat casing problem to support Extrusion by correct information
- Cooperating with mechanic /machine operator to solve shirring problem
- Recording properly all Quality data to OSP
- Working on additional Quality tasks according to Quality Manager request
