Core Responsibilities
- Deliver a white-glove patient experience from check-in through departure
- Manage complex scheduling across multiple providers and visit types
- Coordinate patient flow to maintain efficiency and minimize wait times
- Serve as a liaison between patients, providers, and clinical staff
- Handle high-volume calls and time-sensitive patient needs
- Verify insurance, secure authorizations, and ensure financial accuracy
- Maintain precise documentation within Modernizing Medicine (ModMed EMA)
- Uphold a clean, organized, and professional front desk environment
Ideal Candidate
- 2 years experience in a medical front desk or specialty practice
- Experience with Modernizing Medicine (ModMed EMA) preferred
- Strong command of EMR systems and scheduling platforms
- Excellent communication skills with emotional intelligence and professionalism
- Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced setting
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of accountability
- Service-driven mindset with a focus on patient experience
Work Location
- Primary: Hoboken, NJ
- Occasional coverage at nearby locations (infrequent)
