Veterinary Receptionist

Duties:

- Greet and welcome clients and their pets with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and assist with client inquiries
- Check-in and check-out clients, ensuring accurate record-keeping
- Collect payments for services rendered and provide receipts
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
- Assist with filing, data entry, and other administrative tasks as needed
- Coordinate with veterinary staff to ensure smooth patient flow

Skills:

- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with clients
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in computer systems and software, including appointment scheduling programs
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of basic pet care, dog training, and pet grooming is a plus
