Our company is seeking a Store Manager for our new location in the downtown area. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in store management and must have high energy, a strong work ethic and an excellent customer service background. Previous experience in the retail industry is essential, as is a strong appreciation for the importance of professionalism.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement new store programs.
- Ensure company policies are followed in the store to maximize sales and profits.
- Meet or exceed company sales expectations.
- Hire and train new employees.
- Follow wage laws and regulations.
- Manage scheduling of employees to maximize profit and efficiency.
- Manage employee performance issues.
- Manage warehouse staff in processing and pricing of product
- Manage scheduling of donations
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
