Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and oversight of daily operations across programs and departments
- Support strategic planning and ensure alignment with organizational goals and funding requirements
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve efficiency, service delivery, and outcomes
- Supervise and support program leadership, fostering accountability and professional growth
- Represent CSET with community partners, stakeholders, and funding agencies
- Assist the Executive Director with organizational planning, reporting, and decision-making
- Proven leadership experience in a nonprofit, public sector, or human services environment
- Strong strategic thinking, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Experience with program oversight, compliance, budgeting, or grant-funded programs preferred
