Role Overview:
The Sr. Director, Cyber Products is a senior role responsible for coordinating the development and commercialization of a portfolio of existing capabilities and the development of a new portfolio of products in the cyber domain.
This role will partner with stakeholders across Visa to execute the strategy, drive product development, and guide market positioning of Visa's cyber products, ensuring alignment with the company's overall business objectives. This role is an individual contributor and may have direct reports in the future.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guide the commercialization of existing cyber capabilities and the development of new cyber products in partnership with Visa’s CISO team, Technology and Risk teams.
- Refine and execute the strategic plan to establish Visa as a leading provider of payment-adjacent cyber solutions.
- Develop and articulate a clear portfolio-level vision for cyber products, and share that vision with stakeholders at all levels within and external to Visa.
- Instill program management discipline into the processes supporting Visa's introduction of cyber solutions to the market.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product innovation and market differentiation.
- This role will be an individual contributor and may have direct reports in the future
- Identify and capitalize on market opportunities to drive revenue growth and market share.
- Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry influencers.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
