What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Manager, GTM & Commercialization position at Visa?
GTM Content Development:
Create sales enablement materials such as product playbooks, messaging frameworks, competitive positioning, and client-facing collateral.
Maintain and update content to reflect new product features and market changes.
Market & Competitive Analysis:
Conduct research on industry trends, competitor offerings, and client needs to inform GTM strategies.
Analyze performance data to identify opportunities for improvement in positioning and commercialization.
Use analytics and ideal client profiles to develop 'qualified' target lists.
Workstream Ownership:
Manage specific GTM and commercialization workstreams, ensuring deliverables are completed on time and aligned with launch plans.
Support pricing and packaging initiatives by gathering insights and preparing recommendations.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner with Product and Solutions teams to understand new offerings and translate technical details into clear, compelling sales narratives.
Work closely with Sales to ensure enablement materials meet seller needs and support pipeline growth.
Operational Support:
Assist in tracking GTM execution milestones and reporting progress to leadership.
Contribute to process improvements that make VAS products easier to sell and buy.
