The Opportunity:
Visa’s North America Fintech team is looking for a high-impact Senior Manager to join in a business development role. This role offers the chance to work at the cutting edge of fintech innovation, driving deep, strategic relationships with high-growth startups in the fintech space. You’ll be responsible for accelerating revenue, managing key partnerships, and identifying growth opportunities that align with Visa’s long-term strategy. This is a client-facing, high-visibility role with cross-functional exposure across product, legal, marketing, and operations.
What You’ll Do:
Own and grow a portfolio of fintech partners — deepen relationships, drive revenue growth, and expand Visa’s footprint in emerging segments
Partner with VCs, accelerators, and various channel partners in the fintech ecosystem
Lead strategic sales efforts, including negotiation, structuring, and product adoption across Visa’s suite of solutions and value-added services
Serve as the voice of the client internally and advocate for product enhancements and innovation
Partner with senior stakeholders (internal and external) to develop creative, scalable solutions that unlock new business models
Deliver client business reviews, performance analysis, and strategic account plans
Stay on top of industry trends, competitor moves, and the evolving regulatory environment to inform your strategy
