Essential Functions:
Strategic Leadership
- Define and execute the corporate Gen AI roadmap aligned with business goals.
- Identify high-impact use cases across internal Visa enterprise clients (e.g., Corporate IT, Finance, People, Legal).
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical and responsible AI deployment.
- Act as a force multiplier and magnify the organization’s ability to deliver value at scale.
Technology Development
- Oversee the design, development, and deployment of GenAI models and platforms.
- Drive integration of AI solutions into existing enterprise systems and workflows.
- Ensure scalability, security, and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Evaluate and implement AI ethics and bias mitigation strategies.
Innovation & Research
- Stay ahead of emerging trends in AI, machine learning, and large language models.
- Foster partnerships with Visa's internal AI research teams, industry leaders, and technology vendors.
- Promote a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement in the realm of Corporate IT.
Team Leadership
- Build and manage a high-performing team and multidisciplinary team of software development engineers, data engineers, product managers, and technical program managers.
- Mentor and develop talent to support long-term organizational AI capabilities.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align AI initiatives with Visa's 2030 strategy and the Corporate IT roadmap.
- Communicate complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
- Drive change management and adoption of Corporate Gen AI tools across the organization.
