  • Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination:

Liaise with external vendors, agencies, and internal stakeholders to manage deliverables, timelines, and approvals for event and campaign materials.
  • Performance Tracking:

Assist in capturing and analyzing event and campaign performance metrics, providing insights to the Director and marketing leadership to inform future initiatives.
  • Content & Asset Management:

Support the preparation, deployment, and tracking of marketing assets for events and campaigns, ensuring brand consistency and high-quality execution.
  • Process Optimization:

Identify opportunities to streamline event, campaign, and demand generation workflows, improve collaboration with Marketing Operations, and enhance overall execution efficiency.

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in the office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
