What are the responsibilities and job description for the Director, Investor Relations position at Visa?
The Director, Investor Relations, will report to the SVP, Investor Relations and work closely with the C-Suite in a recognized “best in class” investor relations function. As an excellent communicator, both verbal and written, the Director, Investor Relations, partners with the Investor Relations team in proactively framing Visa’s story, successes, and opportunities for the global investment community
Key Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):
- Promote a full and fair valuation for the company through effective narrative development and disclosure review for 10Ks, 10Qs, 8Ks, earnings releases, and investor conferences and presentations
- Manage certain aspects of the earnings process including outreach to the business to gather themes, development of materials such as scripts, presentations, Q&A and supporting documents
- Help design the company’s proactive investor outreach plan through effective targeting and preparation materials to participate in the appropriate investor conferences and meetings
- Monitor, report, and evaluate competitor financial results and other relevant disclosures.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to synthesize business intelligence, including real-time insights and analysis of analyst research, investor sentiment, and competitor activity.
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in the office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
