Job Description
Visa’s Talent Acquisition team is seeking an Associate, Talent Acquisition Sourcing to join our diverse team of industry leading sourcers. The Associate, Talent Acquisition Sourcing will successfully partner with a team(s) of Talent Acquisition members, as well as collaborate directly with hiring team(s) and will play an essential role in driving overall company growth. As a part of the Global Talent Acquisition team, you are on the front line of attracting industry talent that will impact the greater global organization. This role will perform sourcing activities, while building a solid foundation to becoming a strategic Sourcing Partner.
Essential Functions
Focuses on building a solid foundation of sourcing partner best practices to include:
- Learn how to partner with both talent acquisition partners and hiring managers to fill open positions
- Be an active member in the Strategy In-Take Meeting with the talent partner and hiring team
- Establish a foundation of how to utilize and navigate market intelligence tools
- Develops fundamentals in hunting and sourcing for talent, utilizing different talent attraction platforms, to include LinkedIn Recruiter
- Builds basic skills to actively market job openings, partnering with Recruitment Marketing
- Establishes a network of prospective candidates to build a diverse talent pipeline
- Partner with cross-functional TA (Talent Acquisition) Teams in include, but not limited to our Recruiting, DE&I, and Compensation teams
- Continuous interaction with talent partners, hiring teams, and candidates to ensure a successful candidate experience
- Acquires best-in-class sourcing practices and understanding of how to partner with talent partners with recruiters to achieve key staffing metrics, to include Time to Fill
- Prioritize multiple tasks and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Participates in special projects as assigned
- Able to work in a remote and/or hybrid work environment
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 months of work experience or a Bachelor's Degree
Preferred Qualifications
- 2 or more years of work experience
- 0-2 years of experience within Talent Acquisition to include sourcing, recruiting coordinator, recruiting, human resources or related field, with a Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of experience in lieu of degree
- Strong collaboration skills
- Ability to utilize creative measures to research candidate information
- Results self-motivated, organized, and resourceful
- Detail oriented with the ability to work on multiple tasks and meet various deadlines
- Team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Windows, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and PowerPoint
Additional Information
Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.
Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.
Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 62,000.00 to 79,100.00 USD, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
