Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Executive Assistant Project Manager. The primary responsibilities include managing project timelines, facilitating communication between teams, and supporting logistical operations. Additionally, the role requires coordinating inspections, expediting processes to meet deadlines, and ensuring smooth execution of project deliverables.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Expediting and Expeditor responsibilities to ensure timely completion of tasks and project checkpoints.
• Past experience in Digital Marketing, Ads Management, SEO, Social Media, and etc
• Strong Project Management skills to plan, execute, and oversee various project components effectively.
• Experience with Inspection and Logistics Management to maintain quality standards and coordinate operations seamlessly.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time-management abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with teams and stakeholders.
• Proficiency with project management tools and software is preferred.
• Must Speak and write english Efficiently.
• Previous experience in marketing or consulting industries is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Must be Fluent in AI, Automation, Database, API
