"Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using Java and Spring Boot.
Develop scalable backend services, APIs, business logic, and integrations using modern Java/Spring Boot practices.
Work with MongoDB for data modeling, persistence, querying, and performance optimization.
Implement and maintain business process workflows using Flowable BPM.
Analyze and understand existing Java codebases, architecture, business logic, and technical dependencies.
Review code at both solution and enterprise architecture levels, identifying design considerations, integration points, and potential technical risks.
Translate business and functional requirements into robust technical solutions.
Collaborate with architects, business analysts, developers, QA, and other stakeholders to deliver enterprise solutions.
Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement sustainable fixes.
Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding, design, security, and performance standards.
Contribute to technical documentation, solution design, and knowledge-sharing activities.

Credit Card Domain – Hands-on experience working in the credit card/banking domain, with understanding of relevant business processes, systems, and integrations.
MongoDB & Flowable BPM – Strong experience with MongoDB and workflow/process orchestration using Flowable BPM.
Nice To Have
Enterprise-level BPM experience, particularly with Flowable or similar BPM platforms.
Experience with solution architecture, enterprise architecture, and large-scale Java application landscapes.
