About the Role:
We are searching for a capable and proactive Associate to join Virtus. In this role, you will engage directly with clients, facilitate transactions, and contribute to our presence in the commercial real estate market. This position provides an opportunity to deepen your expertise in commercial real estate while playing a key role in successful transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Development: Build and maintain relationships with owners and large scale investors, ensuring high-quality service and trust.
- Transaction Management: Coordinate property tours, guide clients through the process, and facilitate successful closings.
- Market Growth: Actively network, communicate to increase brand visibility and secure new business opportunities.
- Advisory Role: Provide guidance to clients on their real estate needs, helping them navigate the complexities of acquisitions / transactions.
- Create proposal packages, marketing materials, and offering memorandums
- Perform market and property research to be used in marketing materials and valuation reports
- Analyze, review, and interpret real estate source documents, including operating statements, loan documents, leases, and other due diligence material
- Consolidate sales, market, and rent comps
- Assist in deal management efforts including drafting / collecting key documents
- Travel to sites / properties to provide brokers /clients with informed insights
What We’re Looking For:
- Industry Experience: Background in real estate, sales, or client-facing roles is a strong advantage.
- Active Real Estate License: A valid real estate license in Massachusetts is required.
- Strong Communicator: Able to effectively connect with clients and industry professionals.
- Reliable: A self-starter who thrives on achieving results and contributing to team success.
