Lead the design and implementation of enterprise Test Data Management (TDM) and Quality Engineering solutions.
Define testing strategies, automation frameworks, governance standards, and best practices across the organization.
Develop and maintain scalable test automation using tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Cucumber, Postman, and GitLab CI/CD.
Architect and optimize Test Data Management capabilities including data masking, virtualization, and synthetic data generation.
Collaborate with Development, DevOps, Security, Infrastructure, and Architecture teams to improve software quality and delivery.
Drive CI/CD integration, continuous testing, and shift-left testing initiatives across enterprise applications.
Evaluate and implement modern Quality Engineering technologies, including AI-assisted testing and intelligent automation.
Provide technical leadership, architectural guidance, and mentoring for enterprise testing and automation initiatives.
Required: 8 years of experience in Test Automation, Quality Engineering, or Test Data Management with strong expertise in Agile and DevOps.
Experience with Delphix, GitLab, SmartBear Zephyr, REST Assured, cloud platforms (Azure/AWS), and regulated enterprise environments is highly preferred.
