Job Title: AI/ML Engineer (W2 Only)

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced AI/ML Engineer with strong expertise in building, deploying, and optimizing machine learning solutions. The ideal candidate will work on end-to-end model development, data processing, and cloud-based ML pipelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and AI solutions.
Work on data preprocessing, feature engineering, and large-scale data pipelines.
Build scalable ML workflows using cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / Google Cloud Platform).
Optimize model performance, accuracy, and latency.
Collaborate with data engineers, product teams, and stakeholders to define ML requirements.
Implement MLOps best practices, CI/CD, and monitoring for ML models.
Work with Python, PySpark, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and other ML frameworks.
Required Skills:
Strong programming skills in Python.
Experience with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
Knowledge of deep learning, NLP, and predictive modeling.
Cloud experience (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform) with ML services.
Experience with data pipelines, Databricks, or Spark (optional but preferred).
Strong understanding of algorithms, statistics, and model evaluation.
Nice to Have:
Experience with LLMs, generative AI, or vector databases.
Experience with MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, SageMaker, Vertex AI).
