I’m Mat Martinez, Canvassing Supervisor at Virtuous Roofing & Exteriors. For the past two years I’ve helped homeowners protect and improve their properties while building a motivated, high-performing sales team. My approach is friendly and approachable. Job Summary:
As a Sales Rep, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential customers. Your role will involve canvassing neighborhoods, identifying homes with potential storm related roof damage, and setting appointments for our roofing specialists. This is a high-energy role, perfect for those who enjoy engaging with people and are motivated by performance-based pay.
Key Responsibilities:
- Canvass assigned neighborhoods to generate leads for exterior inspections.
- Educate homeowners about storm damage and insurance restoration options.
- Schedule free roof and exterior inspections for interested homeowners.
- Record leads and customer information accurately.
- Represent the company professionally and respectfully at all times.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
- Comfortable walking and working outdoors for extended periods of time.
- Sales or canvassing experience is a plus but not required (we provide training).
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass a background check.
