Job Title: AR Revenue Cycle Representative

Location: Remote for Arizona residents ( please do not apply if you do not reside in the state of Arizona)

Salary: $20 - $24 per hour, with bonus opportunities based on quality metrics

Position Overview:

We are pleased to announce an opening for a full-time Accounts Receivable (AR) Representative to join our team at Virtuous Pain Centers. This position is essential for overseeing our accounts receivable processes and ensuring the efficient management of our billing and collections operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts receivable (AR) reports effectively.
• Write and submit insurance appeals.
• Utilize knowledge of ICD-10 and CPT codes for accurate billing.
• Enter data accurately and efficiently.
• Read and understand insurance Explanation of Benefits (EOBs).
• Research and resolve denials and rejections.
• Navigate insurance portals and work with various insurance companies.
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of insurance companies and their processes.
• Proficiency in using insurance portals.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
