Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with chronic and acute pain conditions
- Order interventional pain management procedures that fit well with patient care plans
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, including history and physical examinations
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, imaging, and lab results relevant to pain management
- Prescribe and manage medications, including controlled substances, in compliance with state and federal regulations
- Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and care teams to coordinate comprehensive patient care
- Educate patients and families on pain management strategies, treatment options, and expectations
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record (EHR) system
- Active NP or PA license in the state of Arizona
- 2 years of experience in pain management, anesthesia, or a related specialty preferred
- DEA license and ability to prescribe controlled substances
- Experience with interventional pain procedures is a strong plus
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and patient-centered bedside manner
- Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced clinical environment
- Salary negotiable DOE

Salary : $120,000 - $130,000
