Cleaning Technician — Virtuous Cleaning Services
Starting Pay & Growth
- $18.50/hour during training
- Pay increase after successfully completing training
- An additional raise opportunity around 90 days for team members working full days, five days per week, based on performance, reliability, and cleaning quality
- Paid drive time between cleaning locations. Travel from home to your first job and from your last job home is not included.
- Location: Based in Palmyra, NY, with cleaning assignments throughout Wayne, Ontario, and Monroe counties. Reliable transportation is required, and drive time between cleaning locations is paid.

Job Summary
Virtuous Cleaning Services is looking for dependable, detail-oriented Cleaning Technicians to join our crew! We clean homes, businesses, and vacation rentals, helping our clients enjoy clean, comfortable spaces without judgment.
We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, follows directions, communicates well, and cares about the details. Cleaning experience is welcome, but we’re happy to train someone with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
You’ll receive hands-on training before working independently, with continued guidance and support along the way.
Responsibilities
- Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, offices, and common areas according to each property’s checklist
- Dust, sweep, vacuum, and mop, including edges, corners, and other easily missed areas
- Straighten beds, change linens when requested, and prepare vacation rentals for arriving guests
- Empty trash and restock supplies as needed
- Use the correct products and tools for each surface
- Read job notes, complete digital checklists, and report damage, concerns, or low supplies
- Care for company equipment and keep supplies clean and organized
- Complete a final check before leaving each property
- Respect clients
