Data Manager (Part-time)

Job Overview

Position Overview: The Data Manager plays a vital role in ensuring the integrity and utility of all program data for The Love Project, Virtuous Boss’ READY4Life-funded initiative. This position is responsible for the collection, management, analysis, and reporting of participant and program data to support continuous quality improvement and compliance with federal grant requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee systems for collecting and reporting participant data including enrollment, attendance, assessments, and service referrals.
• Administer digital tracking tools for pre-/mid-/post-assessments and long-term follow-ups (6- and 12-months).
• Partner with Ken Consulting, Inc. on development and validation of evaluation tools aligned with READY4Life goals.
• Clean, synthesize, and present data in dashboards and reports for internal use and grant reporting.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, FERPA, and grant confidentiality standards.
• Train staff and partners on data protocols and ensure data integrity across all program touchpoints.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in data-related field (Master’s preferred) and minimum 3 years’ experience in program data management.
• Proficient with Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM/database platforms (e.g., Salesforce).
• Familiarity with survey tools and analysis software (e.g., Qualtrics, SPSS) preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, multitasking ability, and collaborative skills.
